Gaea Balsamic and honey cream
This is amazing to use on everything, on fresh out of the oven roasted vegetables, on cheese slices, on a succulent steak and our favourite, on Vanilla ice cream!
Greek balsamic vinegar is called Oxymelo, a traditional ancient recipe from the Minoan period in Crete, where the aging process was in large clay pots buried in the earth. Today we use aging barrels and a special all natural technique that thickens the balsamic without sugar.
This is the cream version of our classic Oxumelo, the Greek Balsamic
A well balanced combination of barrel aged vinegar and thyme honey in a concentrated form that will turn your dishes into your very own cuisine specialty. Nothing Artificial, no added sugar
